摘　　要：目的探讨全子宫切除术阴道残端改良缝合用于预防盆腔器官脱垂(POP)的临床价值。方法选取本院2019年9月至2020年9月收治的66例盆腔器官脱垂患者作为研究对象,随机分为研究组与对照组,每组33例。对照组行腹腔镜全子宫切除术,研究组在对照组基础上联合残端改良缝合术,比较两组手术指标、盆腔器官脱垂定量分期法(POPQ评分)及生活质量评分。结果研究组手术时间、住院时间均短于对照组,手术出血量少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术后90 d,研究组POPQ评分低于对照组,生活质量评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论全子宫切除术阴道残端改良缝合预防盆腔器官脱垂效果显著,能明显缩短患者手术及住院时间,减少术中出血量,提高患者生活质量,值得临床推广应用。Objective To investigate the clinical value of modified vaginal stump suture in total hysterectomy for the prevention of pelvic organ prolapse(POP).Methods 66 patients with pelvic organ prolapse admitted to our hospital from September 2019 to September 2020 were selected as the study subjects and they were randomly divided into the study group and the control group,with 33 cases in each group.The control group was treated with laparoscopic hysterectomy,and the study group was treated with modified suture on the basis of the control group.The operation index-es,pelvic organ prolapse quantitative staging(POPQ score)and quality of life score were compared between the two groups.Results The operation time and hospitalization time of the study group were shorter than those of the control group,and the amount of bleeding was less than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).90 d after operation,the POPQ score of the study group was lower than that of the control group,and the quality of life score of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically signifi-cant(P<0.05).Conclusion Modified vaginal stump suture in total hysterectomy is effective in preventing pelvic organ prolapse,which can signifi-cantly shorten the operation and hospitalization time,reduce intraoperative blood loss and improve the quality of life,it is worthy of clinical applica-tion.
