改良外伤大骨瓣手术治疗重型脑外伤的效果及不良反应发生率评价

摘　　要：目的探究改良外伤大骨瓣手术治疗重型脑外伤的效果及不良反应发生率。方法选取本院2017年7月至2020年7月收治的60例重型脑外伤患者作为研究对象,按照手术方式不同分为参照组(常规外伤大骨瓣手术)与研究组(改良外伤大骨瓣手术),每组30例。比较两组手术前后格拉斯哥昏迷指数(GCS)评分及不良反应发生率。结果术前,两组GCS评分比较差异无统计学意义;术后,研究组GCS评分均明显高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组术后不良反应发生率为3.33%,明显低于参照组的16.67%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论改良外伤大骨瓣手术治疗重型脑外伤患者效果显著,可有效改善患者预后,降低术后不良反应发生率,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the effect and incidence of adverse reactions of modified traumatic large bone flap surgery in the treatment of severe traumatic brain injury.Methods 60 patients with severe brain trauma who were admitted to our hospital from July 2017 to July 2020 were se-lected as the research subjects,and they were divided into reference group(conventional traumatic large bone flap surgery)and research group(modi-fied traumatic large bone flap surgery)according to different surgical methods,with 30 cases in each group.The Glasgow coma scale(GCS)score before and after operation and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results Before operation,there was no sig-nificant difference in GCS score between the two groups;after operation,the GCS score of the research group was significantly higher than that of the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative adverse reactions in the research group was 3.33%,which was significantly lower than 16.67%in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Modified traumatic large bone flap surgery has significant effect on the treatment of patients with severe brain trauma,which can effec-tively improve the prognosis of patients,reduce the incidence of postoperative adverse reactions,and it is worthy of clinical application.
