健康体检人群患病情况与保健意识的调查分析

摘　　要：目的探究健康体检人群患病情况与保健意识,为临床预防治疗提供参考。方法选取2019年8月至2020年8月于本院接受健康检查的1000名体检者作为研究对象,于健康检查前、健康检查后第4周调查体检人群保健意识,分析患病率与保健意识的相关性。结果1000名健康体检者中,异常者865例,占比86.50%,其中男性异常率为60.00%,与女性异常率(40.00%)比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。男性病种多为高脂血症、前列腺炎及脂肪肝;女性病种多为乳腺增生、糖尿病、脂肪肝,男女不同疾病类型患病率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。健康检查4周后,男女体检者保健意识均得到显著改善,且男性保健意识改善情况优于女性(P<0.05)。结论健康体检人群中男女患病率及所患病种存在明显差异,需引起临床高度重视,并加强健康指导,提升其保健意识。Objective To explore the prevalence and health care awareness of the health examination population,and to provide reference for clinical prevention and treatment.Methods 1000 physical examination subjects who received health examinations in our hospital from August 2019 to August 2020 were selected as the research subjects.Investigate the health care awareness of the health check population before the health check and the 4th week after the health check,and deeply analyze the correlation between the prevalence rate and health care awareness.Results Among the 1000 healthy subjects,865 cases were abnormal,accounting for 86.50%,of which males accounted for 60.00%,and the difference was statistical-ly significant compared with the abnormal rate of females(40.00%)(P<0.05).Male diseases were hyperlipidemia,prostatitis and fatty liver;most of the female diseases were breast hyperplasia,diabetes and fatty liver.There were significant differences in the prevalence of different types of diseases between men and women(P<0.05).Conclusion There is obvious difference in the prevalence rate and the type of disease between men and women of health examination population,and it is necessary to attach great importance to clinical practice,strengthen health guidance,and improve their health care awareness.
