习服训练联合手指点穴法治疗BPPV管石复位后残余头晕疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨习服训练联合手指点穴治疗良性阵发性位置性眩晕管石复位后残余头晕的临床疗效。方法将82例良性阵发性位置性眩晕管石复位后残余头晕患者按治疗方案不同分为两组,每组41例。对照组予以常规康复训练,研究组在对照组基础上予以习服训练联合手指点穴治疗,观察2周,随访3个月。比较两组临床效果、残余症状持续时间、复发率,治疗前及治疗1周、2周末眩晕障碍量表、前庭症状指数评分。结果研究组总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05),残余症状持续时间显著短于对照组(P<0.01)。治疗1周、2周末两组眩晕障碍量表、前庭症状指数评分较治疗前显著降低(P<0.01),研究组显著低于对照组(P<0.01)。随访3个月研究组复发率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论习服训练联合手指点穴治疗良性阵发性位置性眩晕管石复位后残余头晕患者效果显著,可减轻眩晕程度,缓解临床症状,缩短残余症状持续时间,降低复发率。Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of acclimatization training combined with finger acupoint therapy on residual dizziness after BPPV tube stone reduction.Methods A total of 82 patients with residual dizziness after BPPV tube stone reduction were divided into two groups according to different treatment plans,with 41 cases in each group.The control group was given routine rehabilitation training,and the study group was given acclimatization training combined with finger acupoint therapy on the basis of the control group.The patients were observed for 2 weeks and followed up for 3 months.The clinical effect,duration of residual symptoms,recurrence rate,dizziness handicap inventory(DHI)and vestibular symptom index(VSI)scores before treatment,1 week and 2 weeks after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the duration of residual symptoms was significantly shorter than that of the control group(P<0.01).The DHI and VSI scores of the two groups at 1 week and 2 weeks after treatment were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.01),and the study group was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.01).The recurrence rate of the study group was significantly lower than that of the control group during the 3-month follow-up(P<0.05).Conclusions The effect of acclimatization training combined with finger acupoint therapy in patients with residual dizziness after BPPV tube stone reduction is significant,which can reduce the dizziness of patients,relieve clinical symptoms,shorten the duration of residual symptoms,and reduce the recurrence rate.
