摘 要:目的探讨阶段性教育护理模式在耳鼻喉手术患者临床护理中的应用效果。方法将择期行鼻喉科手术治疗的210例患者按随机数字表法分为两组。对照组(100例)应用常规模式开展临床护理,观察组(110例)应用阶段性教育护理模式开展临床护理,观察住院全程。比较两组健康知识掌握度、治疗依从性及干预前后焦虑自评量表评分。结果观察组健康知识总知晓率为90.0%,对照组为80.0%,观察组显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组治疗总依从率为86.4%,对照组为75.0%,观察组显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后两组焦虑自评量表评分均显著低于干预前(P<0.01),观察组显著低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论阶段性教育护理模式的应用可提高耳鼻喉手术患者对健康知识的认知,缓解其焦虑情绪,提高患者治疗依从性。Objective To explore the application effect of staged education nursing model in clinical nursing of patients with ENT surgery.Methods A total of 210 patients undergoing ENT surgery were randomly divided into two groups.The control group(100 cases)used the routine mode to carry out clinical nursing,and the observation group(110 cases)used the staged education nursing model to carry out clinical nursing,and the whole hospitalization process was observed.The mastery of health knowledge,treatment compliance and self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)score before and after intervention were compared between the two groups.Results The total awareness rate of health knowledge in the observation group was 90.0%,and that in the control group was 80.0%.The observation group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).The total compliance rate of treatment in the observation group was 86.4%,and that in the control group was 75.0%.The observation group was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).After the intervention,the SAS scores of the two groups were significantly lower than those before the intervention(P<0.01),and the observation group was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.01).Conclusions The application of staged education nursing model can improve the cognition of health knowledge in patients with ENT surgery,relieve their anxiety,and improve the patient's treatment compliance.
