摘  要:射血分数保留型心力衰竭(HFpEF)约占心力衰竭患者的50%,其高发病率和高死亡率成为目前最具挑战性的临床综合征之一,其生理病理机制复杂,目前没有统一的定论。乙醛脱氢酶2(ALDH2)是醛脱氢酶的一种,位于线粒体内,负责乙醇的代谢,能够抑制机体氧化应激,维持线粒体的正常功能,通过调节心肌细胞肥厚、纤维化及炎症反应来延缓心力衰竭的进展。Heart failure with preserved ejection fraction(HFpEF)accounts for about 50% of patients with heart failure,and its high morbidity and mortality have become one of the most challenging clinical syndromes,the physiological and pathological mechanism is complex,and there is no clear conclusion.Aldehyde dehydrogenase 2(ALDH2)is a kind of aldehyde dehydrogenase,located in mitochondria,responsible for ethanol metabolism,inhibits oxidative stress in the body,maintains the normal function of mitochondria,and delays the progression of heart failure by regulating cardiac hypertrophy,fibrosis,and inflammation.
