镍钛记忆合金聚髌器治疗髌骨粉碎性骨折52例分析探究实践

摘　　要：目的:分析镍钛记忆合金聚髌器治疗髌骨粉碎性骨折的临床效果;方法:选取长沙市第四医院2017年3月-2019年4月收治的髌骨粉碎性骨折的患者104例为研究对象,随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,各52例。对照组采用常规方法治疗,观察组采用镍钛记忆合金聚髌器治疗。统计两组患者手术指标情况、临床治疗效果、不良情况及运动功能恢复情况;结果:观察组患者手术时间、术中出血量与住院时间均显著低于对照组;观察组治疗总优良率显著高于对照组;观察组不良情况发生率显著高于对照组;治疗后两组患者的运动功能均实现了一定程度的恢复;观察组治疗后评分显著高于对照组,上述差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);结论:镍钛记忆合金聚髌器治疗髌骨粉碎性骨折能取得较好的临床效果,手术时间较短,住院时间较短,不良情况较少,且运动功能恢复情况较好。Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of the nickel-titanium memory alloy patellar concentrator in the treatment of comminuted patella fractures.Methods:A total of 104 patients with comminuted patella fractures admitted to the Fourth Hospital of Changsha from March 2017 to April 2019 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into control group and observation group,with 52 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional methods,and the observation group was treated with nickel-titanium memory alloy patellar concentrator.The patients’surgical indications,clinical treatment effects,adverse conditions and recovery of motor function were measured.Results:The operation time,intraoperative blood loss and hospital stay of observation group were significantly lower than those of the control group;the overall excellent and good rate of treatment of observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group;the incidence of adverse events in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group;after treatment,the motor function of the two groups of patients achieved a certain degree of recovery;the observation group’s score after treatment was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the above differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The nickel-titanium memory alloy patella concentrator can achieve better clinical results in the treatment of comminuted patella fractures,with shorter operation time,shorter hospital stay,less adverse conditions,and better recovery of motor function.
