生理性海盐水联合小儿豉翘清热颗粒治疗小儿上呼吸道感染的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨生理性海盐水联合小儿豉翘清热颗粒治疗小儿上呼吸道感染的疗效及安全性。方法:选择北京市丰台区妇幼保健院门诊部2020年9月-2021年8月就诊的急性上呼吸道感染患者120例为研究对象。采用随机法分为对照组和观察组,各60例。对照组给予小儿豉翘清热颗粒治疗,观察组给予生理性海水鼻腔喷雾器联合小儿豉翘清热颗粒治疗。比较两组患儿治疗1周后咳嗽、流涕、鼻塞等症状改善情况及临床疗效、不良反应发生率。结果:治疗1周后,两组患儿咳嗽、流涕、鼻塞症状评分比治疗前明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患儿治疗1周后咳嗽、流涕、鼻塞症状评分均低于对照组,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组总有效率(96.67%)显著高于对照组总有效率(85.00%),组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率组间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:应用生理性海盐水联合小儿豉翘清热颗粒治疗,可有效改善上呼吸道感染患者咳嗽、流涕、鼻塞等症状,临床疗效满意,且无明显不良反应。Objective:To investigate the efficacy and safety of physiological seawater combined with Xiaoer Douqiao Qingre Granule in the treatment of upper respiratory tract infection in children.Methods:A total of 120 patients with acute upper respiratory tract infection admitted to the Outpatient Department of Fengtai District Maternal and Child Health Hospital of Beijing from September 2020 to August 2021 were selected as the research objects.They were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 60 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Xiaoer Douqiao Qingre Granule,and the observation group was treated with physiological seawater nasal spray combined with Xiaoer Douqiao Qingre Granule.The improvement of cough,runny nose and nasal obstruction symptoms,clinical efficacy and incidence of adverse reaction were compared between the two groups after 1 week of treatment.Results:After 1 week of treatment,the symptom scores of cough,runny nose and nasal obstruction in the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment,with significant difference(P<0.05);The symptom scores of cough,runny nose and nasal obstruction in the observation group were lower than those in the control group after 1 week of treatment,with significant difference(P<0.05);The total effective rate of the observation group(96.67%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(85.00%).There was significant difference between the groups(P<0.05);There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The application of physiological seawater combined with Xiaoer Douqiao Qingre Granule can effectively improve the symptoms of cough,runny nose and nasal congestion in patients with upper respiratory tract infection.The clinical effect is satisfactory and there are no obvious adverse reactions.
