安神抗敏汤与西药治疗离心性环状红斑的疗效比较

摘　　要：目的:比较安神抗敏汤与西药治疗离心性环状红斑的临床疗效。方法:选取2016年3月-2020年9月北京市昌平区中西医结合医院收治的特发性离心性环状红斑患者40例,随机分成治疗组与对照组,各20例。治疗组服用中药安神抗敏汤治疗,对照组口服西药氯雷他定片、复方甘草酸苷片,外涂卤米松乳膏。比较两组患者的治疗总有效率、治愈时间及不良反应发生率。结果:治疗组的总有效率(95.0%),明显高于对照组(60.0%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组治愈时间[(10.85±2.71)d]明显短于对照组[(19.63±1.56)d],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组的不良反应发生率(0.0%)明显少于对照组(10.0%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:安神抗敏汤治疗离心性环状红斑临床疗效好,治愈时间短,不良反应轻。Objective:To compare clinical efficacy of Anshen Kangmin Decoction and western medicine in treatment of erythema annulare centrifugum.Methods:Forty patients with idiopathic erythema annulare centrifugum who were admitted to Beijing Changping District Hospital of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine from March 2016 to September 2020 were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with 20 cases in each group.The treatment group was treated with Anshen Kangmin Decoction and the control group was treated with oral loratadine tablets and compound glycyrrhizin tablets,as well as external application with halometasone cream.The overall effective rate,cure time and incidence of adverse reaction of patients in two groups were compared.Results:The overall effective rate(95.0%)of treatment group was obviously higher than that(60.0%)of control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The cure time[(10.85±2.71)days]of treatment group was obviously shorter than that[(19.63±1.56)days]of control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reaction(0.0%)of treatment group was obviously lower than that(10.0%)of control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Anshen Kangmin Decoction has a good clinical efficacy in the treatment of erythema annulare centrifugum with short cure time and mild adverse reactions.
