益气健脾汤辅助二甲双胍治疗脾气亏虚型2型糖尿病的效果分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨益气健脾汤辅助二甲双胍治疗脾气亏虚型2型糖尿病的价值。方法:选取2019年3月-2020年3月东莞市莞城医院收治的脾气亏虚型2型糖尿病患者100例,随机分为试验组和对照组,各50例。对照组选用二甲双胍治疗,试验组选用益气健脾汤+二甲双胍治疗。比较两组患者临床疗效及临床指标水平。结果:试验组治疗总有效率明显高于对照组,试验组治疗后空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白、空腹胰岛素及胰岛素抵抗指数等临床指标水平低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:益气健脾汤辅助二甲双胍治疗脾气亏虚型2型糖尿病,可降低中医证候积分、空腹胰岛素及餐后2 h血糖等临床指标水平,提高临床疗效。Objective:To explore the value of Yiqi Jianpi Decoction assists metformin in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus of spleen-qi deficiency pattern.Methods:From March 2019 to March 2020,100 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus of spleenqi deficiency pattern were selected from Guancheng Hospital of Dongguan City and were randomly divided into experimental group and control group with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with metformin.The experimental group was treated with Yiqi Jianpi Decoction plus metformin.The clinical efficacy and clinical index levels of patients in the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the levels of fasting blood glucose,2h postprandial blood glucose,glycosylated hemoglobin,fasting insulin and insulin resistance index in the experimental group after treatment were lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Yiqi Jianpi Decoction assists metformin in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus of spleen-qi deficiency pattern can reduce traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score,fasting insulin,2h postprandial blood glucose and other clinical indicators,and improve clinical efficacy.
