探讨急救绩效KPI-360度评价指标体系的建立在抢救化学物中毒胃肠功能障碍效果分析

摘　　要：目的:建立急救绩效KPI-360度评价指标体系及用于治疗化学物中毒胃肠功能障碍患者中的疗效分析。方法:选择2018年1月-2019年12月100例化学物中毒胃肠功能障碍患者,随机分为对照组和观察组;对照组52例,采用常用急诊流程化抢救护理;观察组48例,采用急救绩效KPI-360度评价指标体系护理。比较两组患者的抢救效果。结果:观察组抢救考核评分、抢救模块遂行评分、抢救人员心理弹性评分、急诊急救可靠性评分、中毒胃肠功能障碍缓解率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:急救绩效KPI-360度评价指标体系可以提高抢救化学物中毒的抢救效率和抢救效果,减轻抢救人员的心理负担。Objective:To establish the first aid performance KPI-360 evaluation index system and analyze its efficacy in the treatment of gastrointestinal dysfunction caused by chemical poisoning.Methods:One hundred patients with gastrointestinal dysfunction caused by chemical poisoning were selected between January 2018 and December 2019,they were randomly divided into control group and observation group.The control group containing 52 cases received routine emergency rescue nursing,while the observation group containing 48 cases received first aid performance KPI-360 evaluation index system.The rescue effect of patients in two groups was compared.Results:The rescue assessment score,rescue module implementation score,rescue personnel resilience score,emergency rescue reliability score,and the remission rate of gastrointestinal dysfunction caused by poisoning in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:First aid performance KPI-360 evaluation index system can improve the rescue efficiency and rescue effect of gastrointestinal dysfunction caused by chemical poisoning,and reduce the psychological burden of rescuers.
