摘  要:由于AgNWs具有优异的导电性,透光性以及柔韧性所以在替代成本高昂和资源较少的ITO薄膜上具有广阔前景。然而,由于涂布在透明基片上的AgNWs呈现不均匀分布以及在退火处理的过程中会出现咖啡环效应,使得薄膜的方块电阻不均匀;另外,由于电学性能的不均匀,会引起电迁移和电致焦耳热不均匀,造成透明导电薄膜局部银纳米线的熔断。为了解决银纳米线的分布不均匀问题,有研究人员提出了定向排布银纳米线的思路。目前,定向排布AgNWs的方法主要有:丝网印刷、光刻法、电流体喷射印刷法、水浴提拉、微流体定向、定向搅拌等方法。本文主要介绍这五种方法的原理及研究进展,简单分析了目前制备过程中仍然存在的一些问题,并对其未来的发展方向与应用前景进行了展望。Due to its excellent electrical conductivity, transmittance and flexibility, AgNWs has a broad prospect in replacing ITO films with high cost and less resources. However, for the uneven distribution of AgNWs on the transparent substrate and the coffee ring effect during annealing treatment, the block resistance of the film is not uniform. In addition, because of the uneven electrical properties, it will cause the electrical migration and electroinduced Joule thermal inhomogeneity, resulting in the transparent conductive film local AgNWs fusing. In order to solve the problem of uneven distribution of silver nanowires, some researchers proposed the idea of directional distribution of silver nanowires. At present,the methods of directional distribution of AgNWs mainly include: screen printing, lithography, electrofluid jet printing, water bath lifting, microfluidic orientation, directional stirring and other methods. This paper mainly introduces the principle and research progress of the five methods, briefly analyzes some problems still existing in the preparation process, and forecasts the development direction and application prospect of the five methods in the future.
