摘 要:采用固相法制备(1-x) Na_(0.5)Bi_(4.5)Ti_(4)O_(15)-xBaTiO_(3)(NBT-BT,x=0,0.05,0.10,0.20,0.30,0.40)高温铋层状压电陶瓷材料。用X射线衍射(XRD)、SEM扫描电镜(SEM),介电和阻抗温谱等测试方法研究了BaTiO_(3)掺杂量对Na_(0.5)Bi_(4.5)Ti_(4)O_(15)陶瓷晶体结构和电性能的影响;结果表明:当x≤0.20时,NBT-BT陶瓷材料为单一的铋层状结构相,居里温度T_(c)逐渐下降;随着BaTiO_(3)掺杂量的增加,压电常数逐渐增大后逐渐减小,介电损耗变化趋势与之相反,当x=0.20时压电常数d_(33)达到最高,17 pC/N,这时介电损耗为最小0.32%。(1-x)Na_(0.5)Bi_(4.5)Ti_(4)O_(15)-xBaTiO_(3)(NBT-BT,x=0,0.05,0.10,0.20,0.30,0.40) high temperature bismuth layered piezoelectric ceramics were prepared by solid state method.The effects of BaTiO_(3)doping on the crystal structure and electrical properties of Na_(0.5)Bi_(4.5)Ti_(4)O_(15)ceramics were studied by X-ray diffraction(XRD),scanning electron microscopy (SEM),temperature-dependent dielectric and impedance spectroscopy.The results show that NBT-BT ceramics are monolithic bismuth layered phase when x is less than 0.20.Curie temperature T_(c) shows a obviously decreasing trend;With the increase of BaTiO_(3) content,piezoelectric constant d;first increases and then decreases,while dielectric loss tan δ shows an opposite trend.When the doping content x is 0.20,d_(33) reaches the maximum value of 17 pC/N,while the loss reaches the minimum value of 0.32%.
