摘　　要：通过对全国29个省(自治区、直辖市)的230多所高校的278个基层就业典型案例进行研究,分析参与基层就业学生的特质、求职动机、具备的职业素养和所在学校采取的推动基层就业相关措施,从而探讨引导大学生基层就业的有效策略。高校在基层就业工作中可从以下四方面着重开展:第一,注重基层就业的引导,让学生"有意愿"到基层就业;第二,着力进行能力素质培养,让学生"有能力"到基层就业;第三,深入挖掘"重点人群",做好人才储备;第四,做好基层工作的服务。We investigated and analyzed the characteristics,job-seeking motives,professional qualities of students involved in grassroots employment,and the measures taken by their schools to promote grassroots employment from 278 classic cases of grassroots employment in more than 230 colleges and universities in 29 provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the central government) so as to explore effective strategies for guiding college students to grassroots employment.In the grassroots employment work,universities can focus on the following four aspects:first,focusing on the guidance of grassroots employment,so that students "have the will" to go to the grassroots employment;second,concentrating on the cultivation of ability and quality,so that students "have the ability" to go to the grassroots employment;third,in-depth digging into the " priority students" and making a good reserve of talents;fourth,doing a good job of grassroots work services.
