摘　　要："乡村振兴战略"的实施让乡村经济建设逐渐向"返乡下乡人员创新创业"聚焦,重庆市政府相继出台一系列支持保障政策。通过基础设施、创业服务、保障措施三个维度对中央人民政府和重庆市人民政府2015年1月-2021年6月出台的系列返乡创业政策文本进行比对分析,发现重庆市返乡创业政策的特征、亮点与不足,并给出后期政策优化建议,为重庆市人民政府后期制定返乡创业配套政策提供参考。The implementation of "Rural revitalization strategy" gradually makes the focus of rural economic construction focus on "people returning to the countryside for innovation and entrepreneurship",and Chongqing Municipal Government has issued a series of support and guarantee policies.From the infrastructure,business services,safeguard measures to the central people’s government and chongqing people’s government from 2015-2019 series of returning business policy text comparison analysis,pointed out the characteristics,highlights and deficiencies,and gives the late policy optimization Suggestions,for chongqing municipal people’s government later university returning business policy to provide reference.
