大学生职业价值观对就业能力的影响:心理资本的中介作用

摘　　要：疫情防控常态化背景下,如何推动大学生在持续转变的职场中更好获得职业,需要开展量化的研究。本研究采用职业价值观量表、积极心理资本量表、大学生就业能力量表对高校859名毕业生进行抽样问卷调查,研究发现大学生心理资本在职业价值观对就业能力的影响中起部分中介作用。研究提示要重点培养大学生的声望地位价值感以塑造大学生的职业价值,培养大学生的抗逆能力和韧性以提升心理资本水平,培养职业自我意识以提升大学生的就业能力。研究建议使大学生为受到社会尊敬而努力学习,通过领导力培养与心理健康教育增强抗逆能力,通过实践活动和复盘不断进行自我定向,最终实现就业质量提升。Under the background of epidemic prevention and control,it is needed to carry out quantitative researches on how to promote college students to get a better job in the constantly changing workplace.This research used the occupational values scale,the positive psychological capital scale and the employ ability scale to sample 859 college graduates,and found that the psychological capital of college students played a partial mediating role in the impact of occupational values on employ ability.The research prompts that we should focus on cultivating college students’ sense of prestige and status value in order to shape their professional value,cultivate their resilience and tenacity in order to improve their psychological capital level,and cultivate their professional self-awareness in order to improve their employ ability.The research suggests that college students should study hard to be respected by the society,enhance their resilience through leadership training and mental health education,and constantly self-orient through practical activities and recovery,so as to ultimately improve the quality of employment.
