摘  要:目的 研究药材绵马贯众中间苯三酚类化学成分。方法 采用大孔吸附树脂富集(体积分数为10%乙醇、30%乙醇、50%乙醇、70%乙醇和95%乙醇等依次洗脱),以及制备C;柱色谱(色谱柱:49 mm×460 mm,分别用体积分数10%甲醇、20%甲醇水、30%甲醇、50%甲醇、70%甲醇和100%甲醇依次洗脱)、凝胶柱色谱(甲醇洗脱)、以及制备高效液相色谱[乙腈-0.1%三氟乙酸(3∶7)洗脱]等多种色谱分离手段进行分离纯化,用有机波谱手段鉴定分离得到的化合物结构。结果 从绵马贯众的体积分数95%乙醇提取物中分离得到2个间苯三酚类化合物,分别鉴定为绵马贯众苷A(1)和绵马贯众苷(2)。结论 化合物1为新化合物。OBJECTIVE To study the phloroglucinol compounds from the rhizome of Dryopteris crassirhizoma Nakai. METHODS Macroporous adsorption resin was used for enrichment(mass fractions of 10% ethanol, 30% ethanol, 50% ethanol, 70% ethanol and 95% ethanol were eluted successively), and the chemical constituents were isolated by preparation of C;column chromatography [column: 49 mm×460 mm), and separated and purified by 10% methanol, 20% methanol, 30% methanol, 50% methanol, 70% methanol and 100% methanol in turn], gel column chromatography(methanol elution), and preparative HPLC [acetonitrile-0.1% trifluoroacetic acid(3∶7) elution]. The structures were elucidated on the basis of spectral data analysis. RESULTS Two phloroglucinol compounds were isolated from the 95% ethanol aqueous extract of D. crassirhizoma and the structures were identified as dryopteroside A(1) and dryopteroside(2). CONCLUSION Compound 1 is a new compound.
