摘  要:利用大型通用有限元软件ANSYS,建立大跨度两向正交正放平板网架结构有限元模型,探讨网架结构受力、变形随网架高度、支撑柱距变化的规律,寻找合理的网架高度和恰当的支撑方式。结果显示:多种网架高度、多种网架支撑柱距下最大应力,最大位移均呈二次函数抛物线状态分布;网架考虑不同高度、考虑不同柱距时,结构最大位移和杆件最大拉应力随网架高度的增大而减小,杆件最大压应力随网架高度增大呈先减后增的变化趋势;网架高度越大,经济成本越高,经综合分析,设计网架高度5.1 m较为合理。The finite element model of long-span two-way orthogonal flat grid structure is established by using the large-scale general finite element software ANSYS,and the laws of stress and deformation of grid structure changing with grid height and support column spacing are discussed,so as to find reasonable grid height and appropriate support mode.The results show that the maximum stress and displacement under various grid heights and spacing of grid support columns are distributed in quadratic function parabola state.When considering different heights and column spacings,the maximum displacement of the structure and the maximum tensile stress of members decrease with the increase of the height of the grid,while the maximum compressive stress of members decreases at first and then increases with the increase of the height of the grid.The higher the grid height,the higher the economic cost.After comprehensive analysis,the designed grid height of 5.1m is more reasonable.
