摘 要:创伤性颅脑损伤(TBI)虽然有明确的致伤因素,但复杂的原发伤叠加患者自身存在的损伤易感性因素,发生多种病理生理进程,产生了海量生物信息及生物标志物用于临床诊疗。目前基于头颅CT/MRI等宏观影像指标已不能满足临床需求,集合临床病情、神经影像及功能影像尤其是多种体液生物标记物的多模态监测体系,有助于在诊疗全流程中更加深入地认识TBI的病理生理进程,从而在减少TBI死亡率的同时促进神经环路损伤修复,改善TBI患者的预后。Although traumatic brain injury(TBI)usually has definite causality factors,patients with complex primary injuries would have their own susceptibility factors,have interwoven pathophysiological changes,and induce variety of biological information and biomarkers;and these biological information and biomarkers can be used in clinical diagnosis and treatment.Cranial CT/MRI based macroscopic images already cannot satisfy the needs of clinical treatment.A multimodal monitoring system,by combining the clinical history,neuroimaging and functional imaging,and especially various fluid biomarkers,is expected to provide more information that helps us to have a deeper understanding of the pathophysiological process of TBI in the whole process of diagnosis and treatment,so as to reduce the mortality rate of TBI,promote the repair of nerve circuit damage,and improve the prognosis of TBI patients.
