摘　　要：在RCEP框架下打造中日韩综合合作示范区的意义重大。而要打造好中日韩综合合作示范区,必须从为落实国家履行RCEP协定提供创新经验、为打造国家面向东北亚地区的对外开放新前沿提供抓手、成为打造推进中日韩自由贸易区谈判的"试验田"、中国加入CPTPP的桥梁和过渡等方面,对中日韩综合合作示范区建设进行准确定位;同时,还要从依托自贸试验区创建RCEP框架下中日韩经贸合作示范区、打造中日韩经贸合作示范区系列园区等方面,科学地设计中日韩综合合作示范区的建设路径,进而制定出一系列具有前瞻性、针对性、可操作性的对策,以此充分发挥中日韩综合合作示范区在全面打造对外开放新格局中的引领作用。It is of great significance to create China Japan ROK comprehensive cooperation demonstration zone under the framework of RCEP.In order to create the zone,we must accurately position the construction of it from the aspects of providing innovative experience for the implementation of the RCEP agreement,providing a starting point for creating a new frontier of China’s opening up to Northeast Asia,and creating a"test field"to promote the negotiation of China Japan ROK FTA;At the same time,we should scientifically design the creating path of it from the aspects of relying on the pilot free trade zone and creating a series of parks,and then formulate a series of forward-looking,targeted and operable countermeasures to create China Japan ROK comprehensive cooperation demonstration zone under the RCEP framework,So as to give full play to the leading role of the China Japan ROK comprehensive cooperation demonstration zone in China’s comprehensive planning and creating a new pattern of opening to the outside world.
