摘　　要：开放是新时代中国发展的重要特征,对外开放能够对微观经济主体产生显著影响。借助爬虫技术归集2007—2018年上市企业年报的"数字化转型"关键词,刻画了微观主体数字化转型指标,探索对外开放对企业数字化转型的影响及其内在机理。研究发现,对外开放显著提升了企业的数字化转型水平。从影响机制看,对外开放改善了企业的财务状况,并提升了企业的创新潜能,这些都有助于企业数字化转型水平的提升。This article uses crawler technology to collect the key words of“digital transformation”in the 2007-2018 listed companies’annual reports,and empirically tests the impact and mechanism of China’s opening to the outside world on the digital transformation of enterprises.The study found that opening to the outside world has significantly improved the level of digital transformation of enterprises;the channel mechanism found that opening to the outside world has improved the financial status of enterprises and enhanced the innovation potential of enterprises,which all contribute to the improvement of the level of digital transformation.
