摘  要:采用湿化学法制备了钛酸铜钙(CCTO),并用硅烷偶联剂(KH560)对其改性,制得改性钛酸铜钙(Si@CCTO),将Si@CCTO作为无机填料,通过热压成型工艺制备了改性钛酸铜钙/环氧树脂(Si@CCTO/EP)复合材料,采用傅里叶变换红外光谱和X射线衍射仪对Si@CCTO粉体及其复合材料的结构进行了表征,通过介电性能和力学性能测试研究了了Si@CCTO含量对复合材料性能的影响。结果表明,当Si@CCTO的体积分数为20%时,1 kHz频率下复合材料的介电常数达最大值,为环氧树脂的9倍,并且在25~75℃保持了良好的温度稳定性,此时复合材料的力学性能也有较大提升,使其有望在高电荷存储电容、高速集成电路器件中应用。The copper calcium titanate(CCTO) was prepared by wet chemical method, and modified with silane coupling agent(KH560)to obtain modified copper calcium titanate(Si@CCTO). The modified copper calcium titanate/epoxy resin(Si@CCTO/EP) composites were prepared by the hot pressing process using Si@CCTO as an inorganic filler.The structures of Si@CCTO powder and its composite material were analyzed by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy and X-ray diffractometer. The influence of Si@CCTO content on the properties of composite materials was studied through dielectric properties and mechanical properties tests. The results showed that when the volume fraction of Si@CCTO was 20%, the dielectric constant of the composite material reached the maximum value at 1 kHz, which was 9 times that of epoxy resin, and maintained good temperature stability at 25-75 ℃. At this time, the mechanical properties of composites were greatly improved and the composites were expected to be used in high-charge storage capacitors and high-speed integrated circuit devices.
