摘 要:超导开关是实现超导装置闭环运行的重要组件,在集成电路中可作为低功耗高速通断的电子器件。概述了超导开关的工作原理,介绍了机械式、热控式、流控式、磁控式、光控式和高能粒子注入式超导开关的研究现状,总结分析了不同控制方式超导开关的工作特点和适用场景,可以为超导开关选型及深入研究提供参考。Superconducting switch is an important component of the superconducting device in the mode of closed-loop operation,with low power consumption and high speed on/off in the integrated circuit.This working principle of the superconducting switch was firstly outlined.Then,the research progresses of mechanically controlled,thermally controlled,current-controlled,magnetically controlled,optical-controlled,and energetic particle-injected superconducting switches were introduced respectively.Finally,the operation characteristics and application scenarios of superconducting switches with different control modes were summarized.It can provide references for the selection and in-depth study of the superconducting switch.
