摘 要:为了优化脉动热管传热性能,提出了一种脉动热管强化相变材料蓄热的新思路,设计并搭建了一套脉动热管式相变蓄热装置试验平台。以甲醇为工质,八水氢氧化钡为相变材料,分析不同工况下相变材料在蓄热装置中温度随时间的变化。结果表明,相变材料在蓄热器中的温度和流量越大,装置相变蓄热效果更为显著,但温度与流量不宜过大,否则会影响强化传热效果,同时充液率的大小对装置相变蓄热也有一定的影响,建议合适的加热温度为120℃、加热流量为0.58 m^(3)/h,充液率为0.3时,装置效果最佳。In order to optimize the heat transfer performance of pulsating heat pipe,a new idea for pulsating heat pipes to enhance the heat storage of phase change materials was proposed.A test platform for pulsating heat pipe phase change heat storage device was designed and built.Using methanol as working medium and barium hydroxide octahydrate as phase change material,the temperature variation of phase change material with time in heat storage device under different working conditions was analyzed.The results show that the larger the temperature and flow of phase change materials in the regenerator,the more significant the phase change heat storage effect of the device,but the temperature and flow should not be too large,otherwise it will affect the enhanced heat transfer performance.At the same time,the liquid filling ratio also has a certain impact on the phase change heat storage of the device.It is suggested that when the appropriate heating temperature is 120℃,the heating flow is 0.58 m^(3)/h,and the liquid filling rate is 0.3,the device works has the best performance.
