摘 要:目的分析产后盆底功能障碍性疾病患者采用电刺激联合生物反馈治疗的疗效及对盆底神经肌电生理和性功能的影响.方法选取2020年1月-2021年4月100例因产后盆底功能障碍性疾病入住肇庆市高要区人民医院的患者为研究对象,将入选患者依据护理方式的差异性分为常规组(n=50,常规kegel训练)和联合组(n=50,在进行kegel训练前增加电刺激联合生物反馈治疗),比较两组患者疗效以及治疗前后盆底神经肌电生理和性功能改善情况.结果与常规组比较,联合组患者总有效率明显提升(P<0.05).治疗后,与治疗前比较,两组患者快肌最大肌电值、混合肌平均肌电值、慢肌平均肌电值以及女性性功能指数量表(FSFI)评分均升高,且与常规组比较,联合组患者快肌最大肌电值、混合肌平均肌电值、慢肌平均肌电值以及FSFI评分均升高(P<0.05).结论产后盆底功能障碍性疾病患者在常规干预的基础上增加电刺激联合生物反馈治疗可以提升治疗疗效,促进盆底神经肌和性功能恢复.0bjective To analyze the efficacy of electrical stimulation combined with biofeedback in patients with postpartum pelvic floor dysfunction and its effect on pelvic floor neuromuscular electrophysiology and sexual function.Method 100 patients admitted to our hospital due to postpartum pelvic floor dysfunction from January 2020 to April 2021 were selected as the research object.The selected patients were divided into routine group(n=50,routine Kegel training)and combined group(n=50,increased electrical stimulation combined with biofeedback treatment)according to the differences of nursing methods,the curative effect and the improvement of pelvic floor neuromuscular electrophysiology and sexual function before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Resu I ts Compared with the routine group,the total effective rate of the combined group was significantly improved(P<0.05).After treatment,compared with before treatment,the maximum EMG value of fast muscle.the average EMG value of mixed muscle,the average EMG value of slow muscle and the score of femaLe sexual function index(FSFI)in the two groups increased.Compared with the conventional group,the maximum EMG value of fast muscle,the average EMG value of mixed muscle,the average EMG value of slow muscle and the score of FSFI in the combined group increased(P<0.05).Conclusion In patients with postpartum pelvic floor dysfunction,adding electrical stimulation combined with biofeedback therapy on the basis of routine intervention can improve the therapeutic effect and promote the recovery of pelvic floor neuromuscular and sexual function.
