老挝天然林资源保护及可持续经营对策

摘　　要：天然林是老挝森林资源的主体。通过阐述老挝的天然林、天然林保护的情况,发现目前老挝的天然林面积仍呈现减少的趋势,且存在天然林采育不合理、天然林质量不高、缺乏可持续经营的技术规范等问题。对今后老挝天然林可持续经营提出了增加天然林面积、严格控制天然林采伐、重视天然林资源监测、建立天然林可持续经营技术规范体系、借鉴国外先进的天然林可持续经营经验等对策建议。Natural forest is the main body of forest resources in Laos. Through explaining the situation of natural forest and natural forest protection in Laos,it found that the area of natural forest in Laos was still showing a decreasing trend,and there were problems such as unreasonable natural forest harvesting,low natural forest quality,and lack of technical specifications for sustainable management. For the future sustainable management of natural forests in Laos, it proposed countermeasures and suggestions such as increasing the area of natural forests,strictly controlling natural forest logging,paying attention to natural forest resource monitoring,establishing a technical specification system for natural forest sustainable management,and drawing on advanced foreign sustainable management experience of natural forests.
