文旅融合背景下石窟寺景区的游客情感分析——以洛阳龙门石窟为例

摘　　要：石窟寺是我国宝贵的历史文化遗产,文旅融合是保护与利用石窟寺的重要路径,探讨石窟寺景区的游客情感有助于推进"文化遗产活起来",以增强石窟寺的文化影响力.以洛阳龙门石窟景区为例,通过网络文本采集器获取了携程网、美团网、去哪儿网和驴妈妈网关于龙门石窟景区游客的在线评论6208条,利用ROST CM 6软件对网络文本进行分词,并从游客景区体验、景区服务管理、游客遗产价值认知和游客地方感认知4个方面出发,进行游客情感分析和社会语义网络分析.研究结果表明:(1)游客在景区体验中大多保持积极的情感,少部分游客对景区体验保持负面的情绪,游客保持负面情感的主要原因在于景区的管理与服务不当;(2)游客对龙门石窟历史文化遗产的历史价值、艺术价值感知较多,对遗产的科学价值、社会价值以及文化价值认知不足,对遗产的教育意义认知缺乏;(3)部分游客对龙门石窟景区产生了较强的地方认同感,同时龙门石窟作为世界文化遗产使得游客产生对国家的认同感.Grotto Temple is a precious historical and cultural heritage in China,and the cultural and tourism integration is an important way to protect and utilize grotto temple.Exploring the tourists’emotion in grotto temple scenic area is helpful to promote the"cultural heritage alive"and enhance the cultural influence of grotto temple.Taking luoyang longmen grottoes scenic area as an example,through the network text collector we obtained the ctrip,Meituan network,where net,donkey mother net 6208 visitors online commentaries about the longmen grottoes scenic spot,and the ROST CM6 software was used for the participle of the network text.From four aspects of tourist experience,tourist senice management,tourist heritage value cognition and tourist sense of place cognition,the tourist emotion and social semantic network were analyzed.The results of this study show that:(1)most tourists maintain positive emotions in the scenic spot experience,while a small number of tourists maintain negative emotions in the scenic spot experience,and the main reason for tourists to maintain negative emotions lies in the improper management and service of the scenic spot;(2)Tourists have more awareness of the historical and artistic value of the longmen Grottoes historical and cultural heritage,but less awareness of the scientific,social and cultural value of the heritage,and less awareness of the educational significance of the heritage;(3)Some tourists have a strong sense of local identity for longmen Grottoes,and longmen Grottoes,as a world cultural heritage,make tourists have a sense of national identity.
