摘　　要：目的研究留置导尿管患者的尿培养采集流程并探讨质量控制方案。方法收集本院2017年11月至2019年12月收治的10667例留置导尿管且尿路感染的高危患者,按照尿培养采集流程的不同分为对照组4987例和试验组5680例。对照组采用现有的操作方法采集标本,试验组采用改良的采集标本流程。比较两组采集尿培养标本的一次性成功率及尿培养标本不合格率。结果试验组采集尿培养标本的一次性成功率为99.08%(5628/5680),高于对照组的98.48%(4911/4987),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=8.293,P=0.004);试验组尿培养标本被污染率、尿培养标本总不合格率分别为0.33%、1.39%,明显低于对照组的0.60%、2.07%,差异均有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.142,P=0.042;χ^(2)=7.204,P=0.007)。结论针对留置导尿管患者,采取改良的采集流程能够提高采集尿培养标本的一次性成功率,有利于降低尿培养标本的被污染率、不合格率。Objective To study the urine culture collection process of patients with indwelling catheters and to explore quality control schemes.Methods A total of 10667 patients with indwelling catheters were collected in our hospital from November 2017 to December 2019.According to the different urine culture collection procedures,patients were divided into 4987 cases in the control group and 5680 cases in the experimental group.The control group was collected using the existing operation method,and the experimental group was modified using the sample collection process.The one-time success rate and the failure rate of urine culture specimens were compared between the two groups.Results The one-time success rate of collecting urine culture specimens in the experimental group was 99.08%(5628/5680),which was higher than 98.48%(4911/4987)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=8.293,P=0.004).The contamination rate and total failure rate of urine culture specimens in the experimental group were 0.33%and 1.39%,which were significantly lower than the control group's 0.60%and 2.07%,and the differences were statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.142,P=0.042;χ^(2)=7.204,P=0.007).Conclusions For patients with indwelling catheters,adopting an improved collection process can improve the one-time success rate of collec-ting urine culture specimens,and help reduce the contamination rate and failure rate of urine culture specimens.
