摘　　要：为解决膜法除硝冷冻系统工艺及设备问题,将蒸发器改造为列管式换热器,并将冷媒由氟利昂改为-15℃氯化钙盐水。该方案实施后,装置运行效果良好。In order to solve the problems in the process and equipment of freezing unit for membrane-process sulfate removal,the evaporator was transformed into tubular heat exchanger,and the refrigerant was changed from freon to-15℃calcium chloride brine.After the scheme was implemented,the device operated well.
