摘　　要：介绍了氯碱生产中非计划停车的现象和危害,并进行原因分析。结合焦作煤业(集团)开元化工有限责任公司的16次非计划停车实例,从人、设备、不可控因素等多方面提出非计划停车的防范治理措施。这些措施实行后,降低了烧碱装置非计划停车的风险,确保了烧碱装置安全、平稳、长周期、满负荷的高效运行。The phenomena and harm of unplanned shutdowns in chlor-alkali production are introduced.The causes of unplanned shutdowns are analyzed.Taking the 16 unplanned shutdowns in Jiaozuo Coal Industry(Group)Kaiyuan Chemical Co.,Ltd.as examples,this paper puts forward the preventive and treatment measures to unplanned shutdowns from the aspects of people,equipment,uncontrollable factors and so on.After these measures are implemented,the risk of unplanned shutdown of caustic soda devices is reduced,and the safe,stable,long-term and full load efficient operation of caustic soda plant is ensured.
