摘 要:目的探讨新型冠状病毒(severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2, SARS-CoV-2)特异性IgM和IgG抗体检测应用于不同人群新型冠状病毒肺炎(corona virus disease 2019, COVID-19)诊断和筛查的作用价值。方法回顾性分析2020年4月至2020年7月间收集的48例SARS-CoV-2特异性IgM或IgG抗体阳性人员的血清抗体动态检测信息, 分为COVID-19确诊病例组、疑似病例组、假阳性组。结果 15例COVID-19确诊病例组在患者确诊后0~4 d、5~9 d单纯IgM抗体阳性率为6.67%和13.33%, 10~14 dIgM和IgG双抗体阳性率达100.00%;19例疑似病例组中单纯IgM抗体观察期间全部转为IgG抗体;14例假阳性人群表现为单IgM阳性, 观察期间无1例IgG转阳。结论动态检测SARS-CoV-2特异性抗体变化趋势可协助判断COVID-19感染情况, 为临床提供一定的参考依据。Objective To explore the diagnostic value of IgM and IgG antibody against severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2(SARS-CoV-2)for the diagnosis and screening of coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)in different populations.Methods The information of dynamic antibody detection results of 48 patients,who were positive for specific IgM or IgG antibody against SARS-CoV-2 from April 2020 to July 2020,were analyzed retrospectively.The patients were divided into COVID-19 confirmed case group,suspected case group and false positive group.Results The rates of single-positive of IgM antibody in 15 confirmed cases of COVID-19 at 0-4 days and 5-9 days after diagnosis were 6.67%and 13.33%,respectively.The rate of double-positive of IgM and IgG was 100%at 10-14 days after diagnosis.Within medical observation period,single-positive of IgM in 19 suspected cases were all converted to IgG positive.The 14 cases in the false positive group maintained single-positive of IgM and no case converted to IgG positive within medical observation period.Conclusions Dynamic detection of the trend of specific antibody against SARA-COV-2 may assist the diagnosis of COVID-19 infection and provide certain reference basis for clinical practice.
