摘　　要：目的观察毛发移植治疗前额纤维性脱发的临床效果。方法自2016年10月至今,中国医学科学院北京协和医学院整形外科医院毛发移植中心对6例病程超过5年,病情稳定的前额纤维性脱发患者,采用枕后毛发安全区头皮条切取的方法获取毛囊,额颞部移植密度为20~30毛囊单位/cm^(2),眉部移植密度为50毛囊单位/cm^(2)移植。结果所有患者供区切口均甲级愈合,获随访18个月至4年,植入的毛发生长良好,效果满意,毛囊成活率均>90%。结论在经过积极内科治疗无效,病情稳定的前提下,短期内毛发移植对于前额纤维化性脱发是一种有效的治疗手段,长期具体效果还需要继续观察。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of hair transplantation in the treatment of frontal fibrosing alopecia. Methods From October 2016 to now, 6 patients with frontal fibrosing alopecia stable for more than 5 years were recruited. Follicles were obtained by scalp strip cutting from occipital safe area. The density of transplantation was 20~30 units per square centimeter in the fronto-temporal area and 50 units per square centimeter in the eyebrow. Results The incision of donor site in all patients healed well. All patients were followed up for 18 months to 4 years. The growth of transplanted hairs was good. Patients were satisfied with the efficacy. The survival rate of hair was more than 90%. Conclusion Under the premise of ineffective medical treatment and stable condition of patients,hair transplantation is an effective treatment method for frontal fibrosing alopecia in short-term. The long-term results needed further observation.
