摘  要:目的探讨定点测距评估法在评估男性雄激素性秃发程度中的实用性。方法选择2019年3—5月于杭州市第一人民医院医疗美容科脱发门诊就诊,经门诊医师确诊为男性雄激素性秃发的患者,测量其前发际线定点至眉水平线的距离,发旋定点的秃发最长径,评估患者秃发分级情况,并与BASP评估法进行一致性检验。结果共纳入57例患者,在临床操作过程中发现,定点测距的方法操作更为方便。该评估法与BASP方法所得结果的一致性中等。结论通过在前发际线、发旋处定点,测量秃发距离,评估男性雄激素性秃发程度,简单、实用,可在临床上进一步推广应用。Objective To investigate the practicability of distance between facial marks in clinical assessment of male androgenetic alopecia. Methods From March to May 2019, patients diagnosed as male androgenetic alopecia in the Department of Medical Cosmetology of Hangzhou Ninth people’s Hospital were selected. The distance from anterior hairline marks to horizontal line of eyebrow and longest diameter of alopecia of hair vortex marks was measured. The classification of alopecia was assessed. Kappa consistency check was used to evaluate the consistency between basic and special(BASP) classification and new alopecia assessment method. Results A total of 57 patients were included in this study. The distance between facial marks was convenient and easy to use in the process of clinical practice. This assessment method was consistent with BASP method. Conclusion It is a simple and practical method to measure the distance from facial marks to horizontal line that across bilateral eyebrow. This method can be further studied and applied in clinic.
