摘  要:目的探讨直视下剪除顶泌汗腺联合超脉冲二氧化碳激光治疗腋臭的临床疗效。方法自2018年5月至2019年10月,武汉市中心医院整形外科收治了30例(60侧)腋臭患者,均采用直视下剪除顶泌汗腺联合超脉冲二氧化碳激光治疗。对其并发症、疗效及满意度进行统计学分析。结果本组30例患者均于术后10 d拆线;所有患者切口均愈合良好。术后随访(13.6±1.2)个月,患者满意度:非常满意26例(86.7%),满意4例(13.3%)。第三方医师评估手术效果:优秀25例(83.3%),良好5例(16.7%)。无皮瓣坏死、感染、瘢痕挛缩等并发症发生。结论直视下剪除顶泌汗腺联合超脉冲二氧化碳激光治疗腋臭效果确切,并发症较少,方法简单易行,患者满意度较高,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the clinical efficacy ofcutting offapocrine glands under direct vision combined with ultra-pulse carbon dioxide laser in the treatment of bromhidrosis. Methods From May 2018 to October 2019, 30 patients with 60 sides of bromhidrosis were admitted to the Department of Plastic Surgery of the Central Hospital of Wuhan. All patients were treated by cutting off apocrine glands under direct vision combined with ultra-pulse carbon dioxide laser. The complications, efficacy and satisfaction were statistically analyzed. Results The sutures in 30 patients were removed at 10 days after operation. All incisions healed well after operation.All patients were followed-up for(13.6±1.2) months. Twenty-six patients(86.7%) were very satisfied with the results and 4 patients(13.3%)were satisfied with the results. The efficacy evaluated by the third-party surgeons was excellent in 25 patients(83.3%) and good in 5 patients(16.7%). Conclusion Cutting off apocrine glands under direct vision combined with ultra-pulse carbon dioxide laser in the treatment of bromhidrosis has exact efficacy and less complications. The method is simple and feasible, and patients’ satisfaction is high. It should be considerable for clinical promotion.
