摘 要:求解复杂的几何结构体内长时段瞬态氧浓度时,点堆模型比计算流体动力学(CFD)方法具有明显计算优势,未来能更好地移植到模型预测系统中。本研究结合液态铅铋合金(LBE)腐蚀经验公式与氧化铅(PbO)溶解模型,同时基于点堆模型并使用汇编语言编程,研究CRAFT回路的氧控旁路性能的影响因素。分析了主回路质量流量、氧控旁路质量流量与主回路质量流量比、质量交换器(MX)内温度、PbO装量的影响。研究表明主回路质量流量、PbO装量与回路建立平衡的时长及平衡氧浓度值正相关,氧控旁路质量流量与主回路质量流量比与其反相关,而MX内温度与平衡氧浓度值正相关。因此,可通过提升氧控旁路与主回路的流速比提高控氧性能,MX的运行温度和氧化铅装量应与回路匹配。The point-stack model has obvious advantages over computational fluid dynamics(CFD)when solving long-term transient oxygen concentration in complex geometric structures,and could be better transplanted into the model prediction system.This study simulates the influencing factors of mass exchanger’s(MX)performance in the CRAFT loop by combining with the PbO dissolution model and liquid lead bismuth eutectic(LBE)corrosion model,using point-stack model and programming in assembly language.The effects of the mass flow rate of the primary loop,the mass flow rate of bypass of oxygen supplying to the primary loop,temperature in the MX and loading quality of PbO were studied.The results showed that the mass flow rate of the primary loop,the loading amount of PbO were positively correlated with the time of establishing equilibrium and the value of equilibrium oxygen,the mass flow rate of bypass of oxygen supplying and the primary loop is inversely related to it.However,the temperature in the MX is positively correlated with the equilibrium oxygen concentration.Therefore,the performance of oxygen control bypass can be improved by increasing the flow rate between the oxygen control bypass and the primary loop,the operating temperature and lead oxide loading in the MX should match the bench.
