摘　　要：采用4种同期发情方法处理哈萨克羊,比较发情和产羔性能,筛选出便捷有效的同期发情方法,提高羊繁殖率。568头成年哈萨克羊分为4组,第Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ组阴道埋置海绵栓13 d,撤栓后分别肌肉注射100μg PG+350 IU eCG、350 IU eCG、100μg PG,Ⅳ组阴道埋置CIDR栓13 d,撤栓后肌肉注射100μg PG+350 IU eCG,撤栓后12 h开始试情,每隔12 h试情一次,母羊发情后12 h采用冷冻精液腹腔镜输精。结果显示,4组之间的总发情率和受胎率没有显著差异,Ⅳ组的24 h内发情率显著高于其他3组,4组的发情时间集中在撤栓后36~48 h,Ⅱ组的双羔率显著高于其他3组。结果表明4种同期发情处理均可行,其中埋置海绵栓,撤栓后肌肉注射PG既能保证同期发情效果,又能节约成本;单独使用eCG增加了哈萨克羊的双羔率。This study was to determine a more effective and practical method of estrus synchronization so as to raise the reproduction rate of Kazak ewes through comparative analysis of estrus and lambing performance of the ewes by four estrus synchronization schemes.568 multiparous ewes were divided and assigned to four estrus synchronization treatment groups,respectively.The treatments consisted of placement of an intravaginal progestagen sponge plug in the vagina of the ewes for 13 days.Then the sponge was removed and the ewes received intramuscular injections of 100μɡi.m.PG plus 350 IU i.m.eCG for Group I,350 IU i.m.eCG alone for Group II,and 100μɡi.m.PG alone for Group III.In GroupⅣ,the ewes had an intravaginal progesterone-loaded controlled internal drug release(CIDR)placed in their vagina for 13 days,and received an intramuscular injection of 100μɡi.m.PG plus 350 IU i.m.eCG when the CIDR plug was removed.12 h after the removal of the plug,the ewes were tease,and their estrus was monitored once every 12 h.Each ewe in the four groups was inseminated with frozen semen under laparoscopy 12 h after estrus.The results showed that there were no significant differences in the estrus rate and the conception rate among the ewes under the four treatments.The onset time of estrus of GroupⅣwas significantly earlier than the other three groups.The estrus time of the four groups was concentrated in the period of 36-48 h following the withdrawal of intravaginal plug.GroupⅡhad a twin lambing rate significantly higher than the other three groups did.The present study indicated that all the four treatments were feasible,and PG not only ensured the efficiency of estrus synchronization,but also reduced the cost.Using eCG alone increased the twin lambing rate.
