补肾中药对高胎龄母猪及其初生仔猪血液激素和抗氧化指标的影响

摘　　要：旨在探讨低钙摄食条件下高胎龄母猪妊娠后期饲喂补肾中药对母猪和初生仔猪血液激素和抗氧化相关指标的影响。本试验选择40头7胎次母猪,随机分成对照组、补肾组、低钙组和低钙补肾组。从母猪妊娠85 d饲喂中药至114 d,测定母猪及初生仔猪血液中雌二醇(E_(2))、促红细胞生成素(EPO)、甲状旁腺素(PTH)、皮质醇(Cor)、甲状腺激素(T_(4))的含量和过氧化氢酶(CAT)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)、丙二醛(MDA)、活性氧(ROS)的水平。结果显示,高胎龄母猪饲料中添加补肾中药对E_(2)、EPO、Cor水平无明显影响,但母猪血液中PTH和T_(4)水平在低钙补肾组显著低于低钙组,而初生仔猪的T_(4)含量水平在低钙补肾组显著高于低钙组(P<0.05)。此外,在低钙条件下,饲料中添加补肾中药可以显著降低母猪ROS水平(P<0.05),提高母猪和初生仔猪血液中SOD含量(P<0.05),并提高初生仔猪CAT和SOD水平(P<0.05)。综上,补肾中药可改善低钙条件下高胎龄母猪及其仔猪的血液激素分泌和抗氧化水平。This study was to investigate the effects of feeding kidney-tonifying traditional Chinese medicine to highly gestationally aged sows on their blood hormone and antioxidant indices and their newborn piglets under low calcium intake.A total of 40 seven-gestationally-aged sows were obtained and randomly divided into four groups including the control group,the kidney-tonifying group,the low calcium group and the low calcium mixed kidney-tonifying group.The traditional Chinese medicine was fed from the 85;day to 114;day during gestation of the sows,and the blood estradiol(E_(2))and erythropoietin(EPO),parathyroid hormone(PTH),cortisol(Cor),the contents of thyroid hormone(T_(4))and catalase(CAT),superoxide dismutase(SOD),glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px)and the malondialdehyde(MDA)and reactive oxygen species(ROS)level were evaluated.The results showed that the supplementation of kidney-toning traditional Chinese medicine had no significant effects on the levels of E_(2),EPO and Cor,but significantly lowered the levels of PTH and T_(4) in the blood of the sows with low calcium diet,and increased the level of T_(4) in the newborn piglets(P<0.05).In addition,kidney-tonifying traditional Chinese medicine could significantly lowered the levels of ROS and MDA in the sows(P<0.05)and the ROS level in the piglets(P<0.05),and raised the levels of SOD and CAT(P<0.05)in the piglets.In summary,the kidney-toning traditional Chinese medicine could improve the blood hormone secretion and antioxidant level of highly gestationally aged sows and their newborn piglets with low calcium diet.
