摘　　要：我国足球运动的发展具有红色基因。通过梳理建党百年来党的主要领导人毛泽东、邓小平、习近平关于足球运动发展的重要论述。研究认为:毛泽东的《体育之研究》是我党领导人系统的体育理论著作,它是百年来党的领导人认知体育、认知足球运动的理论基础。毛泽东、邓小平、习近平关于足球运动发展重要论述具有丰富的内涵,它们一脉相承,不断地完善和发展。百年来党的主要领导人关于足球运动发展重要论述根植于马列主义体育思想的基础,直面足球发展的现实,受益于足球实践务实作风的传承,外源于历史使命的召唤,内源于人本精神的推动。当前,振兴中国足球应结合时代发展的背景,立足国家强盛、民族复兴的大局,深刻领会党的主要领导人关于足球发展重要论述的内涵,全面认识足球改革发展,持续推进足球改革进程,持久发力青少年足球,大力提高职业足球水平,共同营造足球发展的良好氛围。Mao Zedong’s“Research on Sports”is an unprecedented and systematic work on sports theory written by our party leaders,it is the theoretical basis for the party leaders to recognize sports and football for a hundred years;Mao Zedong,Deng Xiaoping,Xi Jinping’s important exposition on the development of football has rich connotation,they are in the same line,and constantly improve and develop;the important discussions on the development of football by the Party’s main leaders over the past hundred years are rooted in the foundation of Marxist-Leninist sports thoughts,facing the reality of football development,benefiting from the inheritance of practical style of football practice,and derived from the call of historical mission externally and the promotion of humanism internally.At present,the revitalization of the Chinese football should be combined with the background of the times development,based on national strength,the overall situation of national revival,and grasp the connotation of the major leaders about football development,reform and development of a comprehensive understanding of football,continue to promote the reform of football process,durable power juvenile football,vigorously improve the level of professional soccer,create a good atmosphere for the development of the football together.
