摘 要:以国产TK13系列数控转台为研究对象,提出了以数控转台振动特征为协变量的比例故障率可靠性分析模型。建立了基于转台振动特征的威布尔比例故障率模型,用于转台的实时可靠度评估。为了分析该方法在转台可靠性评估中的有效性,搭建了数控转台运行状态可靠性评估试验台,通过将转台在不同工作状态下求得的振动特征代入威布尔比例故障率模型的协变量,进行数控转台实时可靠度评估,验证了该方法可用于数控转台的可靠性分析。Taking the domestic TK13 series CNC turntable as the research object,this paper puts forward the proportion failure rate reliability analysis model with the vibration characteristics of the CNC turntable as covariate.Traditional reliability evaluation method is based on the probability statistics of historical life data,and this analysis method based on the probability statistics of large sample data is not suitable for the analysis of individual samples.In order to make up for the shortcomings of the traditional reliability analysis method,a Weibull proportional failure rate model based on the vibration characteristics of the turntable is established for the real-time reliability evaluation of the turntable.In order to analyze the effectiveness of this method in the evaluation of turntable reliability,a CNC turntable operational status reliability evaluation test bench is set up,and the reliability analysis of the CNC turntable is verified by replacing the vibration characteristics obtained by the turntable in different working conditions with the covariates of the Weibull proportional failure rate model.
