摘 要:风送式喷雾机被广泛应用于农业园林的病虫害防治和工业除尘等领域。为优化风送式喷雾机的结构,提高综合性能,使用Fluent仿真软件对导流器进行仿真分析,探究导流器的形状和尺寸对风送式喷雾机的压力损失、均速、轴向速度、径向速度以及切向速度的影响规律。仿真分析表明,采用半椭球导流器的风送式喷雾机产生的压力损失较小,且风筒出口气流较收敛;当导流器的直径逐渐变小,喷雾机产生的压力损失总体上减少,直径小于或等于0.25 m时,3种不同形状导流器的出口均速相差不大。Air-assisted sprayer is widely used in many fields such as agricultural pest control and industrial dust removal.In order to optimize the structure of the air-assisted sprayer and improve the comprehensive performance,there is a simulation analysis of fluid director based on Fluent software,to explore the influence of the fluid director with different shapes and sizes on pressure loss,average velocity,axial velocity,radial velocity and tangential velocity at the outlet of the air-assisted sprayer.The Fluent simulation experiments are completed for,three different shapes of the fluid directors and five different diameters of the fluid director.s The results show that the pressure loss of the air-assisted sprayer with semi-ellipsoid fluid director is small,and the flow at the outlet of the air duct is more convergent.When the diameter of the fluid director gradually decreases,the pressure loss generated by the air-assisted sprayer is generally reduced,and when the diameter is less than or equal to 0.25 m,there is little difference in the outlet average velocity of the three different shapes of fluid directors.
