摘　　要：为了培养学生的创新精神和实践能力,设计了紫外分光光度法测定阿司匹林水解反应动力学参数及其有效期的综合性实验教学案例,并成功应用于制药工程专业本科生的物理化学实验课程教学中。结果表明,该实验以学生感兴趣的真实问题为导向,能有效激发学生的学习主动性并训练其综合运用所学理论知识分析和解决实际问题的能力,有望发展成为药学和医学类专业的化学反应动力学综合教学实验。A comprehensive experiment to determine the hydrolysis kinetics and effective duration of Aspirin by ultraviolet spectrophotometry is described in detail in this paper.The experiment was designed to understand the instability of Aspirin in water and applied in the physical chemistry laboratory course as a teaching case to cultivate students’creative spirit and practical ability,especially for those majoring in pharmaceutical engineering.The teaching practice has proven the positive effect of the well-designed experiment on improving students’learning initiative and strengthening the stability to apply their knowledge to identify,formulate,and solving practical problems.The kinetic measurement of Aspirin hydrolysis,thus,provides a practical kinetic experiment for medical and pharmaceutical college students.
