自闭症谱系障碍患儿家庭照顾者口腔健康照护体验的质性研究

摘　　要：目的从自闭症谱系障碍(ASD)患儿家庭照顾者的视角进行访谈,通过探究对这类患儿口腔健康照护过程中的体验,从多层次多维度构建策略为ASD患儿家庭提供帮助。方法采用目的抽样法,选取2020年5月—2021年5月在南京医科大学附属口腔医院儿童口腔预防口腔科门诊就诊的12岁及以下ASD患儿家庭照顾者11名进行半结构访谈,采用Colaizzi的7步分析法并采用Nvivo 12软件辅助分析,最后确定主题。结果ASD患儿口腔照护现状有3个主题,分别为照护者情绪、照护困境、需求。结论应加强对ASD家庭照顾者心理健康的关注,ASD患儿的口腔健康不仅需要家庭照顾者,更需要得到全社会,包括多学科多部门的共同的关注与支持,提供有效的ASD患儿口腔健康管理方案,以促进这一群体儿童的口腔健康。Objective To conduct interviews from the perspective of caregivers of children with autism spectrum disorders(ASD)and to conduct a multi-level and multi-dimensional strategy to provide help for families of children with ASD by exploring the experience of oral health care of such children.Methods Using the purposive sampling method,a total of 11 family caregivers of children with ASD aged 12 and below who visited Outpatient Department of Pediatric Dental Prevention in Affiliated Stomatological Hospital of Nanjing Medical University from May 2020 to May 2021 were selected for semi-structured interviews.The subject was finally determined using Colaizzi's 7-step analysis method and assisted by Nvivo 12 software.Results The current situation of oral care for children with ASD had three themes,namely,caregiver emotion,care dilemma and needs.Conclusions More attention should be paid to the mental health of family caregivers with ASD.The oral health of children with ASD not only needs family caregivers,but also needs the common attention and support of the whole society,including multi-disciplinary and multi-department,to provide effective oral health management programs for children with ASD,so as to promote the oral health of this group of children.
