摘 要:合成了一种反应型近红外荧光探针N-Rh-GSH,该探针以罗丹明衍生物为荧光母体,通过与谷胱甘肽(GSH)作用触发螺环的开关来实现信号的响应,其开环释放的荧光产物具有760 nm的近红外发射波长。细胞实验表明,该探针可实现对活细胞中GSH的成像。It is of great significance to design a fluorescent probe to monitor glutathione(GSH)in living cells for disease researches.Herein,we reported a reactive near-infrared(NIR)fluorescent probe N-Rh-GSH for the detection of GSH.The Rhodamine derivative was used as the fluorescent matrix for the probe,and the response signal was realized through action of glutathione(GSH)to trigger the switch of the screw.The probe N-Rh-GSH showed favourable selectivity and fast response towards GSH,and the fluorescent matrix released by the open loop exhibited extremely strong fluorescence signals at 760 nm.The living cell imaging assays demonstrated that the probe N-Rh-GSH can successfully track GSH.
