摘  要:目的分析SFRP5、TRPV1、NT-pro-BNP在2型糖尿病周围神经病变中的表达及相关性。方法将我院2018年1月至2019年12月间收治的99例单纯糖尿病患者作为糖尿病组,97例糖尿病周围神经病变作为神经病变组研究对象,同期选择51例健康者作为对照组;采用酶联免疫吸附法检测血清中SFRP5、TRPV1、NT-pro-BNP水平;采用Pearson相关性检验分析SFRP5、TRPV1、NT-pro-BNP与糖尿病周围神经病变的关系,采用logistics回归模型分析影响糖尿病周围神经病变的危险因素。结果糖尿病组、神经病变组、对照组三组受试者血中SFRP5、TRPV1、NT-pro-BNP水平有明显差异,且差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),其中神经病变组患者血中SFRP5和TRPV1水平最低,NT-pro-BNP水平最高,且差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);SFRP5、TRPV1与糖尿病周围神经病变呈明显负相关,NT-pro-BNP与糖尿病周围神经病变呈明显正相关,且差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);患者血中高SFRP5和高TRPV1水平是糖尿病周围神经病变的独立性保护因素,高NT-pro-BNP是影响糖尿病周围神经病变的独立性威胁因素,且差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论糖尿病周围神经病变患者血中SFRP5和TRPV1处于低表达状态,NT-pro-BNP处于高表达状态,且高SFRP5、高TRPV1水平是糖尿病周围神经病变的保护因素,而高NT-pro-BNP是糖尿病周围神经病变危险因素。Objective To analyze the expression and correlation of Sfrp5,TRPV1 and NT Pro BNP in type 2 diabetic peripheral neuropathy.Methods 99 patients with simple diabetes in our hospital from January 2018 to December 2019 were selected as diabetic foot,97 patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy were selected as neuropathy group,and 51 healthy people were selected as control group at the same time.The levels of SFRP5,TRPV1 and NT Pro BNP in serum were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA),and the levels of SFRP5,TRPV1 and NT pro-B were analyzed by Pearson correlation test Logistic regression model was used to analyze the risk factors of diabetic peripheral neuropathy.Results The levels of SFRP5,TRPV1 and NT Pro BNP in blood of diabetic group,neuropathy group and control group were significantly different,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of Sfrp5 and TRPV1 in blood of neuropathy group were the lowest,and the level of NT Pro BNP was the highest,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).SFRP 5,TRPV1 and diabetic peripheral neuropathy were significantly negative There was significant positive correlation between NT Pro BNP and diabetic peripheral neuropathy(P<0.05);high levels of SFRP 5 and TRPV1 were independent protective factors of diabetic peripheral neuropathy,and high NT Pro BNP was independent threat factor of diabetic peripheral neuropathy(P<0.05).Conclusion the expression of SFRP 5 and TRPV1 is low,and the expression of NT Pro BNP is high in patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy.High SFRP5 and high TRPV1 levels are protective factors for diabetic peripheral neuropathy,and high NT-pro-BNP is a risk factor for diabetic peripheral neuropathy.
