摘　　要：目的:以临床常用药物胃复春为例,探索中成药综合评价的内容和方法,为中成药的临床合理使用、中成药价值的研究开发以及药品相关决策提供依据,推动合理用药。方法:基于系统检索文献和药品生产企业获得的研究资料,利用循证医学和药物经济学等卫生技术评估基本方法,从药学特性、安全性、有效性、经济性、适宜性、可及性和创新性等方面对胃复春进行评价。结果:从现有证据而言,胃复春有效成分和在说明书适应证上的药理作用研究有一定积累,临床疗效较好,安全性良好,药品质量有保障。结论:胃复春的临床前与临床使用的证据初步形成一定的体系,但同时,在不同临床应用中的药理机制挖掘、药物相互作用、安全性、经济性、创新性等需要进行更深入、针对性的研究。Objective:To explore the content and method of comprehensive evaluation of Chinese patent medicine to take commonly used Weifuchun capsule/tablet in clinic for instance,which would provide foundation for the clinical rational use of Chinese patent medicine,the traditional Chinese medicine value of research and development,and drug related policies as well as promote clinical safe,effective and rational drug use.Methods:Using evidence-based medicine,pharmacoeconomics and other basic methods based on the systematic retrieval of literatures and research materials provided by pharmaceutical manufacturers.Objectively evaluating Weifuchun capsule/tablet from aspects including pharmaceutical characteristics,effectiveness,safety,economy,suitability,accessibility and innovation.Results:Judging from the available evidence,Weifuchun capsule/tablet has stored up fairly amount of researches on effective components and pharmacology effect on indications,and been proved of preferbaly clinical efficacy,tolarable security,and garuanteed product quality.Conclusion:The evidence system,of preclinical and clinical use,has been primarily completed,yet further studies upon pharmacology mechnism,drug interaction,safety,economical efficiency and innovation are awaiting more efforts.
