长三角市场一体化对工业大气污染减排的影响及作用机理研究

摘　　要：通过构建市场一体化影响污染物减排的理论框架,并利用2003—2019年长三角城市群25个地级市面板数据,研究市场一体化对长三角城市群工业大气污染排放的影响。研究结果表明:市场一体化程度的提高显著降低了大气污染排放强度,在考虑了一系列稳健性检验后结论仍然成立;长三角工业大气污染存在明显的时空分异特征,市场一体化对原位城市的污染减排效应更大;创新能力提升、运输能级增强和产业结构改善是市场一体化推动工业大气污染减排的重要途径。因此,持续推动市场一体化发展,增强区域创新投入和成果转化,加强公共交通基础设施建设和区际间互联互通,推动产业结构转型升级,将有助于推进环境保护与经济高质量协同发展。By constructing a theoretical framework for the impact of market integration on pollutant emission reduction,and using the panel data of 25 prefecture-level cities in the Yangtze River Delta urban agglomeration from 2003 to 2019,an empirical study is made on the impact of market integration on industrial air pollution emissions in the Yangtze River Delta urban agglomeration.The research shows that:(1)The improvement of the degree of market integration significantly reduces the intensity of air pollution emissions,and the conclusion still holds even when a series of robustness tests are made.(2)The industrial air pollution in the Yangtze River Delta has obvious spatial and temporal differentiation characteristics,and market integration has a greater effect on pollution reduction in in-situ cities.(3)The improvement of innovation ability,the enhancement of transportation capabilities and the improvement of industrial structure are important ways for market integration to promote the reduction of industrial air pollution.Therefore,continuing to promote the integrated development of the market,enhancing regional innovation input and achievement transformation,strengthening the construction of public transportation infrastructure and inter-regional connectivity,and promoting the transformation and upgrading of the industrial structure will help promote the coordinated development of environmental protection and high-quality economy.
