摘　　要：为了解湖南省娄底市活禽批发市场活禽来源与流通情况,对2020—2021年娄底市2个活禽批发市场活禽调入、调出情况进行了调查。结果显示:每年调入娄底市活禽批发市场的活禽超过3000批次,数量超过600万羽;调入活禽种类有鸡、鸭、鹅、鸽等品种,其中活鸡比例超过80%;活禽批发市场主要以省内调入为主,还涉及12个省(自治区)的多个县市区;在调出方面,2个批发市场均存在大量活鸡从市场返回农村进行二次饲养情况,形成“养殖场—大型活禽批发市场—中型活禽交易市场—农贸市场—农村散养户—市场”这一特殊链条模式。结果表明:娄底市调入活禽数量大、批次多、来源范围广,当地活禽市场流通网络复杂,应加强活禽市场日常监管和当地家禽疫病防控。In order to investigate the source and distribution of live poultry in wholesale markets in Loudi City of Hunan Province,the incoming and outcoming status of live poultry was investigated in two large markets during 2020 to 2021.The results showed that,more than 3000 batches(6 million)of live poultry were introduced into the two markets every year,including chickens,ducks,geese,pigeons and other species,in which,chickens exceeded 80%,all of which were mainly supplied from Hunan Province,and others from a number of counties/cities/districts in 12 provinces/autonomous regions;a large number of chickens returned from the markets to countryside for secondary feeding,and a special chain model of“farm to large wholesale market to medium trading market to farmers’market to rural free-range household to market”was established.In conclusion,a large number of poultry were introduced into Loudi City,with numerous batches and wide sources,as well as complex distribution network of local markets,against which routine supervision for the markets and prevention and control of local poultry diseases should be strengthened.
