摘　　要：世界动物卫生组织(OIE)小反刍兽疫(PPR)标准是各国PPR防控和绵羊、山羊等小反刍动物及其产品流通贸易应遵守的规定。通过梳理OIE-PPR标准修订历史沿革,从小反刍动物及其产品进出口贸易要求以及PPR状态、监测、病原灭活等方面介绍了2002、2013和2021年版标准的修订情况、具体条款,以及由此带来的新要求。继而提出我国应积极参加国际标准相关活动,推动完善动物卫生标准法规,积极开展PPR疫病防控,合理建立PPR无疫区、生物安全隔离区、免疫体系和监测系统等建议。The peste des petits ruminants(PPR)standard proposed by World Organization for Animal Health(OIE)is a regulation that its members should abide by during their prevention and control of PPR,movement and trade of sheep,goats and other small ruminants and their products.The historical revision to OIE-PPR standard was summarized,the revised contents,specifc terms and new requirements therefrom specifed in 2002,2013 and 2021versions were introduced from the aspects of specifc requirements for import and export of small ruminants and their products,PPR status,surveillance and pathogen inactivation.Then some recommendations were proposed,including actively participating in activities related to international standards,promoting the improvement of animal health standards and regulations,actively conducting PPR prevention and control,and reasonably establishing PPR free zones or compartments,immune system and surveillance system.
