摘  要:矿石工艺矿物学研究能为矿石加工方案选择提供理论支撑,为更科学合理地利用云南某含钴铜矿,对其代表性矿样进行了工艺矿物学研究。经查明,矿石中铜含量为1.82%,主要以独立矿物的形式存在于砷黝铜矿(占97.11%)、黄铜矿(占2.89%)中;钴含量为0.033%,主要以独立矿物的形式赋存于辉砷钴矿中(占51.52%),以类质同象的形式赋存于辉砷镍矿中(占3.03%),以机械混入的形式赋存于砷黝铜矿(占45.45%)中。在-0.074 mm占70%的磨矿细度条件下,砷黝铜矿的解离情况较好,辉砷钴矿的解离情况差。工艺矿物学研究结果表明,以铜、钴为目的元素开发时,铜、钴可优先采用浮选法富集,获得铜钴混合精矿。同时,砷会随铜一起富集,进入铜精矿并影响其质量,且无法用物理方法脱除。钴的高效回收及铜钴分离可能是此矿开发利用的难点。The research results of process mineralogy of ore can provide theoretical support for the selection of ore processing scheme.In order to make scientific and reasonable use of a cobalt bearing copper deposit in Yunan,the process mineralogy of a typical ore sample was studied.It was found that the copper content in the ore was 1.82%,which mainly existed in the form of independent mineral in arsenic-tetrahedrite(97.11%)and chalcopyrite(2.89%).The cobalt content was 0.033%,mainly in the form of independent minerals pyroarenite cobaltite(51.52%),in the form of isomorphic pyroarsenite nickel(3.03%),in the form of mechanical mixed tetrahedrite(45.45%).Under the grinding fineness of-0.074 mm accounting for 70%,the dissociation of arsenite tetrahedrite was better than that of pyroarsenite cobalt.The research results of process mineralogy showed that when copper and cobalt were developed as target elements,copper and cobalt could be enriched by flotation to obtain copper cobalt mixed concentrate.At the same time,arsenic would be enriched with copper,entering the copper concentrate and affected its quality and couldn’t be removed by physical methods.Efficient recovery of cobalt and separation of copper and cobalt may be the difficulties in the utilization of this mine.
