摘 要:钼是一种重要的战略矿产资源,素有“能源金属”、“战争金属”之称。利用中国首套具有自主知识产权的矿物自动定量分析系统——工艺矿物学自动分析仪(BPMA),结合化学分析、X射线衍射(XRD)、光学显微镜(OM)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和能谱仪(EDS)等分析手段,对陕西某低品位微细粒钼矿的工艺矿物学特征进行了自动、快速、定量研究,查明了矿石的矿物组成、主要矿物嵌布特征、矿物粒度分布,详细测定了不同磨矿细度产品中辉钼矿的解离度,并阐明了影响矿石中钼等有价元素选别指标的矿物学因素,快速、准确地为选矿工艺流程优化提供了合理的参考建议。建立的BPMA-SEM-EDS分析技术,为金属矿产岩矿鉴定和选冶工艺矿物学研究提供了一套行之有效的分析方法。Molybdenum is an important strategic mineral resource,known as“energy metal”and“war metal”.Process mineralogy of a low-grade fine-grained molybdenum ore in Shaanxi province was investigated by chemical analysis,X-ray diffraction(XRD),optical microscopy(OM),scanning electron microscopy(SEM),energy dispersive X-ray spectrometers(EDS)and the BGRIMM Process Mineralogy Analyzer(BPMA),which was the first scanning electron microscopy(SEM)-based automated mineralogy(AM)system in China,developed independently by BGRIMM Technology Group(China).The various quantitative process mineralogical data such as mineral composition,mineral abundance,mineral associations,and grain size distribution of main minerals were analyzed quickly,accurately and automatically.The mineral liberation and interlocked relationship of molybdenite under different grinding fineness were determined by BPMA.Some mineralogical factors affecting mineral processing were described,and the methods of optimizing processing indexes were given correctly and quickly.BPMA-SEM-EDS in situ analysis technology was a reliable method for the rapid identification and quantitative investigation of metal minerals.
